    AutoFlex has over twelve years of experience in working with public and private sector fleet administrators, policymakers, and both utility and automotive industry stakeholders.

    AutoFlex, Inc. was certified in 1990 by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a qualified and experienced supplier of fleet industry products and financial services. In 1992, AutoFlex became the first minority-owned company to manage a multi-million dollar commercial leasing portfolio on the GSA Federal Supply Schedule. As a result, AutoFlex has established a proven track record, and a nationwide network of resources that has enabled us to deliver and perform into all fifty United States.

    Our qualifications are extensive and reflect the depth of our expertise. It is our established relationship with major automakers, dealerships, utilities, financial institutions and various industry professionals that allows us to offer our experience and resources to individual citizens, large and small businesses, and other interested parties beyond the Government fleet markets.

    AutoFlex, Inc. offers the "best value" in closed-end leasing on GSA Schedule 751.  Our leasing services are available on GSA Advantage.gov the preferred online shopping center for federal procurement officers.  We provide a fixed monthly cost convenient for your budget and valuable options when the lease term is completed.

    LEASE PURCHASE FINANCING

    Lease-purchase financing is a method of acquisition that has become a proven and cost-effective option within the motor vehicle markets. This flexible commercial financing alternative will accommodate the non-appropriation language which permits the Government to terminate for convenience each fiscal year. The significant advantages are that your agency will reduce its initial costs and still own the vehicle free and clear upon the completion of all agreed payments.

    The founder and president of AutoFlex is Luis MacDonald, a Vietnam-era veteran who has distinguished himself as an innovator in fleet management support services, motor vehicle and equipment leasing services, alternative fuel vehicle infrastructure development, and supplier diversity contracting.

    Mr. MacDonald has organized nationally recognized workshops and has testified on fleet industry issues and related small business concerns before State legislators, the Congress and the Executive Branch.
